Helpful staff. Needed a replacement leisure battery which they supplied and took old one for recycling

Not only did our caravan come fully serviced and spotlessly clean, Chris also threw in all of the accessories we needed at no extra cost so that we could begin to enjoy our caravan straight away. We bought our caravan last year.our latest service showed some worrying signs. We approached Chris about this and his response was fantastic. Even though our van was out of warranty he agreed to sort. The,after sales is second to none. If we need anything fixed in future we will go back to them even though it's quite a trek for us. We would recommend Ridgeway for purchases and service.

When we arrived we were greeted with a hand shake and offered the use of toilet facilities and a warm drink. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t have made our experience anymore welcoming. We bought the caravan we went to view which was very clean and exactly as advertised. Our minds were more or less made up the minute we seen inside and out. We will recommend this company and the staff who were very friendly and helpful to all and everyone. The place itself is set in a beautiful location, very clean and tidy. We have left the van to get a full service and also another valet which they said they would do before we take it. If it could have been rated 10+ stars we would have as it was an excellent sale and we are very happy and excited to collect our new to us caravan.
